We’re looking for an in-house sales executive with strong Shopify and automation skills to join our sales team as we scale our product and distribution lines. You’ll be:

Responsibilities

Running day-to-day Shopify admin: draft orders, B2B pricing and customer tags, order edits, returns/exchanges, discount codes, shipping rules and notifications
Maintaining and extending Shopify Flow and no-code automations (Make/Zapier), including Attio ↔ Shopify ↔ Unleashed/Xero integrations, monitoring runs and resolving failures
Qualifying inbound enquiries, preparing accurate quotes/proformas, and closing small/medium orders while protecting margin and terms
Providing account management support (not the primary AM): scheduled check-ins, relationship notes, stock/ETA updates, and campaign follow-ups
Delivering responsive customer service across phone/email, opening and tracking RMAs with Operations as needed
Coordinating demos/loaners and completing post-show follow-ups to build relationships with dealers/distributors
Keeping data hygiene tight: correct SKUs/pricing/Incoterms on quotes and clean notes/tasks in Attio
Liaising with UK/NL/US warehouses to confirm pick/pack/ship, track deliveries, and escalate issues
Preparing simple weekly reports on pipeline, orders, win/loss notes, and automation health

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will be creative, passionate, and

Have proven Shopify admin experience and confidence with Shopify Flow (or similar automation tools)
Be comfortable with no-code/low-code (Make preferred; Zapier acceptable), basic webhooks/API keys, and systems integrations
Have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, CSV import/export and data validation)
Be organised, numerate, service-minded, and disciplined with process and documentation
Be audio-literate and credible with engineers, installers and buyers

You should have some or all of the following

Experience with Attio (CRM), Unleashed (ERP) and Xero
B2B dealer/distributor sales experience in pro audio/MI/AV
Familiarity with Incoterms, VAT/EORI basics and HTS/HS codes
Trade show support experience and structured follow-up habits
Interest in professional audio (live, studio, install)

We’re looking for a Mixed Signal Electronics Engineer with embedded experience to
join our dynamic R&D team as we work to launch our own product line. You’ll be:

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Specifying, designing and laying out mixed signal electrical systems for innovative audio products
  • Developing solutions focused on our users and industry
  • Conducting thorough documented testing and investigation of technologies
  • Shipping products, working on all stages of a project, including layout, DFM/DFA, Manufacturing and test engineering
  • Taking ownership and responsibility within a small team while working closely with other departments
  • Working with 3rd party manufacturers to onboard their products onto our platform
  • Communicating with fabricators and suppliers for DFM and manufacturing procedures

 

Key Requirements

 

The ideal candidate will be creative, passionate, and

  • Have an analog electronics engineering background, with a relevant degree and at least 1 years professional experience
  • Have excellent knowledge and experience of mixed signal design at audio frequencies
  • Able to design circuitry and provide accurate schematics
  • Aware of emerging trends and developments in relevant technology
  • Have practical skills to assemble, test and debug electronics
  • Is able to challenge the team and be challenged by it
  • Have good experience and understanding of CAD

 

You should have some or all of the following

 

  • Experience with high-performance analog systems
  • Miniaturization and Rigid-Flex experience
  • Experience with Altium Designer
  • Experience with EMC pre-compliance testing
  • Lifecycle management and procurement/supply chain experience
  • An interest or background in professional audio (broadcast/studio/live events)
  • Experience with automated hardware in the loop testing
  • Experience with test driven development
  • A basis of software programming to be able to advise on hardware and software integration
